How to Play
- Pick a district from the numbered buttons below the grid.
- Tap cells to assign them to that district. Each district needs exactly 5 cells.
- Cells can connect side-by-side or diagonally. They just have to touch.
- Tap a cell again to clear it. Or use the eraser.
- Fill all 5 districts, then hit Submit Map.
The catch? You're drawing districts to guarantee a winner before anyone votes.
